There are a few programs that take a picture and make it into a Winamp skin, but the finished product looks pretty bad.
You're better off looking at some tutorials and learning to do it right.

What coding language does it take. I mean its Ok if its VB.Net or VBS but if its one of the C series or is a Member of the J family then i cant do WinAmp. BTW I dont even use WinAmp

UzEE....you can always just stick with WA 2x.....all you'll need for that is a graphics proggy and notepad to edit colour options or transparency regions....[though Maxim has a proggy for the regions which takes the hard work out of trans coding]...
